Last weeks show at B.O.A was a huge success. I have to thank all of the wonderful people who came thru and gave mad love, sang to the songs and made the vibe in the spot incredible.
So hats off to all of you, the video will be available soon so stay tuned and I will work hard to keep you all informed.

As confusing as things can be there are some things that seem very clear to me. I have been an ungrateful person many times throughout my lifetime.
Most of the things that have bothered me are the thing that I have asked for and been granted. ie, Jobs, Lovers, a nice place to live, a great band or even just the opportunity to be active and get out and help others.
SO looking back to see ahead, I see that some people don’t have these privileges, and for me to take all this for granted is like an insult or maybe just a lack of integrity. Know wonder I find problems in others, it’s just me seeing me in them.
So in closing be the best you and maybe you can see a better them?

One of the mysteries in life is why we work?
In the modern world we can say we work to pay the bills or to take care of our family, but really it’s much deeper then that.
Now if we take the basic need to survive it has nothing to do with money but more about creation. It’s seems to me that everything in this world that has any value was all derived from someone imagination.
From the light bulb to an airplane we can almost creat anything we relize, and it almost frighting how wide the imagination grows…..

I’ve been working on keeping all channels available for new experiences, being free enough to feel the flow of life with all the potential to, meet the love of my life. Not just love for someone else but love for life.
Rappin with my DB and we really enjoy reaching out for that special place that makes life worth living, not that it isn’t but at times it’s hard to just understand the meaning behind the challenges we face.
As privileged people we have the opportunity to do so many things that most people can’t or in some cases have no clue it’s there for them, so it’s very important to be open to what is in hand.
in closing, be open to living cause thinking to much may get in the way of just being and not being clogs presence and to be present is to be alive!!!

Yep! What ever it is,
It doesn’t take a scientist to figure this out. Your life is only an illusion when you live like it is.
IE, if you smoke and your telling someone that you want to stop while you have a smoke in your hand your full of shit. Point blank period. No exceptions, no Excuse, that’s the truth, that’s what it is.
Don’t get me wrong I’m not free of these faults either but I do recognize that in order to make these minor adjustments.
1. you don’t need to beat yourself to a pulp.
2. It’s your life and really only you can make the change so it doesn’t matter what other say or think.
That’s my morning thoughts.

Every day is another chance to get closer to the things you want to accomplish in life, the hard thing seems to be figuring that part out. I realize that nothing in life is promised so while you can, you must and mean you must! find the place inside of you that will push the goodness out.
I would like to pretend that I have I’m under total control but as we all know every now and again life will throw you a curve ball, either because of health, work or someone close to you passes unexpectedly.
So in closing, keep fighting the good fight, work hard and spread love to all.

Hey, it’s been a great few days & confused. Thinking if all the changes I have made make sense.
The funny thing about life is? Sometimes you get what you want and then what?
What does it mean to actually receive what you’ve ask for and the feeling that arrives once you have achieved you goals?
Well it’s sort of like peace but with noise in the back ground and song playing was writing by someone else.
That’s cool just enjoy it because like everything, nothing last forever. Just be grateful.
